VAPO cannot arrange for parcels to be left as an ATL (authority to leave) or remove the requirement for a signature. The 1.0Ω pod is purely meant for MTL vaping and it excels at it. I get a loose MTL draw with the airflow wide open, and a tight MTL draw with the airflow closed off. My 25mg nicotine salt ejuice vapes just right with this pod. The flavor is right, the warmth is perfect, and the throat hit is right where I want it to be. The draw-activation works perfectly fine with this pod, no matter how the airflow is set. VAPORESSO has made some tweaks to the adjustable airflow slider on the XROS 3. It’s still a horizontal slider with a small metal knob, but the airflow hole is no longer shaped like a teardrop. Instead, there’s one large airflow hole and one smaller airflow hole.

VAPORESSO advertises the XROS 3 as a device for both MTL and RDL vaping. As such, it was only fair that I put it through its paces with both styles of airflow, and with a variety of ejuices. For my testing, I used a 6mg regular nicotine ejuice as well as a 25mg nicotine salt ejuice with the 0.6Ω pod, and a 25mg nicotine salt ejuice with the 1.0Ω pod. The sequel isn’t always necessarily better. We learned this with classic films. However, the XROS 2 is better than the original. Not by much, but VAPORESSO definitely tied up those loose ends. I think it was a smart choice to go with the same pods, which they perfected on the XROS. The new one just feels more like a finished product, whereas the original felt a bit expeditious. Disposable – once the Xros Pod stops giving you that delicious vapour flavour or producing much vape clouds, it’s time to throw the whole thing away and replace it with a new one.

While it’s not my favorite device for RDL vaping, the MTL vaping experience is top-notch. The 0.6Ω pod works best for a loose MTL vape with freebase ejuices, while the 1.0Ω pod shines for MTL and nicotine salt ejuices. The top fill is the best I have used. You don't need super strength or a tool box to remove the top like you do with some pods. So easy and clean to fill. Let me preface this by saying that I am extremely adverse to change. I used a mod for maybe 4/5 years and loved the falcon tanks from Horizontech. As vaping got more popular and pens really started to take off, I got more and more aware of how chunky the set up was. I then developed an illness which made it difficult for me to use my arms and found that the weight of the mod was less than ideal. So I finally but the bullet and tried a pod pen system.

Pod life is also a point that I can’t forget to mention. Getting 15ml+ out of a pod is impressive and another huge positive point for the XROS 3. Once your item has been received in satisfactory condition, VAPO will assess the product and the described fault, working to confirm the alleged fault with the product. Once assessed, one of two things will happen.

I was using desposibles for far too long before deciding to take the plunge on a refillable. I loved elf bars but didn't like the cost and the amount of landfill i was creating, ridiculous! The VAPORESSO XROS 3 may just be my new favorite pod vape. It has a premium feel to it that screams “well-made”, and the design is attractive and modern. It remains a simple device to use, but the small changes add up to deliver an even better experience than its predecessors.
