A MAC MUA told me they were but after using them solely as just eyeliner, I had racoon eyes in about 2 hours 🙁

Staying power: The Technakhols work kinda like Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils in that they apply creamy but dry within a minute or so. They’re smudge-proof and last all day, even along the waterline.Haha, I’m wearing my Teachnakohl liner in Uniform right now! I love it I haven’t tried technakhols, but for me any eyepencil does a great job (miraculously!). Feline Khol Power, Urban Decay 24/7, Clinique Creamshapers, they all work nicely. I have to try using fluidline, that’s one I haven’t tried either!
