The steps were clear, concise and easy to follow. The author really explains everything in a logical way why each step is integral in becoming a KPI (which in business terms means something completely different). I have never been a key person in any job I've worked at and have been stagnant for about 2 years but I followed some of the tips and have already made tiny progress within in my career. There were many moments within the book that justified reading it, one of my favourites was the statement that Key Persons of Influence look for partnerships and not for clients. A real game changer. In truth, I can’t see how any entrepreneur would not get value from reading this book and gain some useful hints and tips to improve their personal brand and develop their business.KPI stands for ‘Key Person of Influence’. The book aims to support entrepreneurs who want to ‘make a dent’ and build fantastic lives and businesses, to do so by teaching them how to become ‘key people of influence’. Daniel does this by his 5 ‘Ps’: Finally, be specific, be bold and be clear about what you want and why. Once people know why you want to do something and what it will do for others, they will start to follow your vision. Starts out strong but then fizzes put. I got some value at the beginning but then book ends being very general. I felt that the book was just trying to con me to use his services.
